Our Ayurvedic doctor designs menus for their patients based on their packages and any specific health concerns they may have. Here is an overview of how an Ayurvedic doctor designs menus for their patients:
Initial Assessment: :The Ayurvedic doctor begins by conducting a detailed assessment of the patient’s constitution, including their primary dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) and any imbalances or health issues present. This assessment may involve analyzing the patient’s physical characteristics, lifestyle, dietary habits, and medical history.

Package Specific Foods: The doctor selects foods that are suitable for the patient’s package. For example, in a panchakarma package there will be a period when an individual maybe recommended to have rice soup and moong beans while taking the medicated ghee.
Determining Imbalances:. The Ayurvedic doctor identifies any imbalances or disturbances in the doshas, as well as any specific health concerns the patient may have. They take into account the interplay of the doshas and their impact on overall health and well-being.

Balancing Meals: The menus typically include a variety of whole foods, including grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, spices, and healthy fats, each selected to support the patient’s dosha balance and overall well-being. The doctor ensures that the meals are nutritionally balanced, easily digestible, and aligned with Ayurvedic principles of mindful eating.
Tailored Dietary Recommendations: Based on the assessment, the Ayurvedic doctor suggest a personalized menu which could be incorporated in their daily life once they leave the resort and go back to their countries. This menu will consider the qualities and attributes of the doshas.

Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments: The Ayurvedic doctor continuously monitors the patient’s progress and adjusts the menus as needed. They may make modifications based on the patient’s response, changes in their constitution, or evolving health concerns.
