Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ayurvila Resort Mallorca. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by our resort. By accessing our website and making use of our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking Conditions

● Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making
a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal
capacity to enter into a contract.
● Booking Information: When making a reservation, you must provide accurate and
complete information, including your name, contact details, and any specific
requirements.
● Minimum Stay: The minimum stay for any of our packages is 6 nights. There is a
possibility to extend your stay provided the room is available
● Group Bookings: For group bookings, please contact our reservations team
directly for specific terms and conditions.
● Third-Party Bookings: If you book through a third-party website or agent,
additional terms and conditions may apply. Please review the terms provided by
the respective third party.

Payment Conditions

● Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 500 euros is required to secure your reservation. This amount can be transferred by bank or can be paid through Stripe.
● Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled 15 days prior to your
arrival by bank transfer. We also accept cash on arrival.
● Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and cash on arrival. 
Please note that additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.

We do not have credit/debit card machine on-site
● Currency: All prices and transactions will be conducted in euros
● VAT: Our prices include the taxes as per the spanish government regulations.

Refund Policy

● Cancellations: We accept cancellations up to two months before your arrival. 
There is no refund on cancellation, but there is a possibility to reschedule a change of date upon
availability.
● No-shows: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the full reservation amount.
● Refunds: There is no refund under any condition. 

Rules and Regulations

● Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner and comply with any rules and regulations communicated by the resort staff.
● Property Care: Guests are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the resort property and its facilities. Any damages caused may result in additional charges.
● Health and Safety: Guests should adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the resort, including COVID-19 protocols, to ensure the well-being of themselves and others.

Liability

● The resort shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience
caused during your stay, except where negligence or breach of legal duty can be
proven.
